Click on the link below to see a sample chart of training programs for Executive Level Managers in the organization.   The chart follows a three-year time horizon which begins with the appointment of managers to executive posts.   In Year One, the recently appointed Executives are introduced to four courses which provide them with personal skill development, a requisite to enabling them to manage themselves and subordinate managers.   Year Two is directed at skills which will assist the Executives in developing a strong sense of department identity, which will result in the successful completion of division level projects.   By Year Three, they are eager to receive courses in corporate excellence and "intrapreneurship".   The latter most often results in Executives assuming new corporate roles in the organization or heading up a recent company acquisition.
