EFFECTIVELY CHAIRING PROJECT STEERING COMMITTEE MEETINGS
COURSE DESCRIPTION:   
As Chairperson of the Steering Committee, the Vice-President
(Sponsor) is charged with realizing the benefits of the project deliverables
and therefore must possess a strong set of meeting skills.   This quick-
paced executive level training program differentiates project management
meeting agenda formats/outcomes from that of functional management meetings.
  A recommended monthly and quarterly meeting agenda format is provided
in the course.
