DIVISION PROJECT RANKING SESSION
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
   
Following the strategic planning exercise the organization
is challenged with rank-ordering their projects on a profit, development,
legislative and customer service basis.   This program provides the
senior management team with the models/templates for weighted/unweighted
project initiatives.   The second day of the session is totally devoted
to the rank-ordering of the organizations projects by business unit/department.
