DIVISION PROJECT RANKING SESSION


COURSE DESCRIPTION:     Following the strategic planning exercise the organization is challenged with rank-ordering their projects on a profit, development, legislative and customer service basis.   This program provides the senior management team with the models/templates for weighted/unweighted project initiatives.   The second day of the session is totally devoted to the rank-ordering of the organizations projects by business unit/department.

       Weighted/Unweighted rank-ordering models
       Analysis of rank-ordering factors
       Selection of rank-ordering factors/models for the organization
       Application of selected model for business units



TARGET AUDIENCE:      Vice-Presidents,   AVP / Directors

           Assess Fortune 500 company ranking models
           Create/Select a customized model for the organization
           Apply present list of business unit projects to the model
           Design strategy to communicate rank-ordering of the organizations projects
           to functional / project teams
