COURSE DESCRIPTION:     This five-day "intensive" training program prepares candidates to succussfully write the Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional exam.   Each day will include lectures, group work, study time and practice exam questions.   The rigorous five-day, facilitator lead sessions ensure your ability to pass the PMI PMP exam.

David commenced his career with the Ministy of Education.   To gain private sector experience he joined Hewlett Packard Canada as the National Training Manager.   Presently, David is President of his own company offering a number of project consulting and training options to North American and Pacific Rim Fortune 500 companies.   As a part-time instructor at Wilfred Laurier University, David exemplifies the ability to take theoretical project management concepts and ensure that participants realize the practical applications.

Doug A. Pape, B.A., PMP
Doug is Canada's foremost WBS / Scheduling expert.   A Microsoft Project Certified Professional, Doug conducts project scheduling workshops and intensive three-day planning sessions with project teams in the retail, pharmaceutical, high-tech and financial services industries.   As a part-time instructor at McMaster University Doug posesses the ability to help participants make the connection between theoretical project management concepts and apply them to the real world.   His hands-on experience with the Ministries of Health and Transportation have provided him with the necessary public sector credentials.   An excellent facilitator, his post-course access and follow-up is impeccable.   Doug's long-term commitment to Project Management can be seen in his role as founding President of the Thames Valley District chapter of the Project Management Institute in London, Ontario.
