PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGERS TRAINING PROGRAM


COURSE DESCRIPTION:     The use of Projects and Project Management is growing and will continue to grow in the business world.   We are able to achieve goals through Project Organization that could be achieved only with the greatest of difficulty if organized in traditional ways.

This managerial perspective follows the phases of the Project Management Phase Methodology.   Project selection and performance criteria are described as the Project Manager works with the functional prime toward the feasibility phase.   The course covers the role of the Project Manager as they manages customer expectations, budgets and completes Status Reports, Schedules and controls the Project.   Special emphasis on the skill sets for creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) diagrams and accurate estimating is included in this training program.

Finally, scope control and issue resolution conclude the discussion as project evaluation and benefit tracking procedures are established.   The human factor is ever present in Project Management and topics such as team building, communications and leadership are discussed throughout this intensive 5 day seminar.
