Educated at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and he successfully completed the Canadian Institute of Management program offered at the University of Western Ontario's Business School.   He was certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and was the founding President of the Thames Valley District Chapter of PMI in London, Ontario.
